My recurring note is repeating multiple times. How do I remove the whole thing and start again?
Hi @Cherylynn_Sellick If you navigate to one of these tasks and open it, you should see an option to ‘Open Occurrence’ or ‘Open Series’ before seeing the contents of the task. If you ‘Open Series’ you will be able to delete it from here, using the delete button. Now, if you have some of these tasks already applied to contacts, you will need to delete these, but ‘Open Series’ and Deleting from here, will stop the recurring task from continuing to list.
