Hi all.
I often use the ‘email message’ tool within sequence to send a notification email to myself.
The recipient email address I use is just my main business email address, and is in fact the same email address linked to my Keap admin account.
Annoyingly, over the past couple of years, the email has suddenly started ‘hard-bouncing’ every couple of months.
E.g. on the contact record, the email address has status ‘hard bounce’.
When this happens I obviously stop getting all notification emails.
The fix is easy - I can just send out a confirmation email to get it confirmed again (by clicking the link in the email).
But can anyone help me understand (a) why this happens, and (b) what can I do to stop it ever happening again.
