My version does not have Opportunities under CRM. How do I get that upgrade and does it cost anything?
I believe that is part of the ’sales pipeline’ and typically it requires an upgrade.
They have been adjusting the packages so much that I’m not exactly sure at this point.
Contact support and they can give you proper advice.
