I have created a new infusionsoft account and confirmed it but once I log in everything is empty as shown in the image attached. Please advise
By confirmed it, you mean that you got the email and clicked the link or are you referring to something else? The most common reason for this is not getting or finding the email and clicking that link.
Yes, I even created two accounts but it did’t help. How to solve it?

Yes, I got an email with confirmation url, I clicked on it and I got success message.
