Many people on this forum, including my agency, offer contracting for Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) services.
Otherwise, places like UpWork are good sources.
The biggest issue you have with hiring just one individual, as opposed to an agency, is that you have one single skillset, as opposed to a wide range with a multi-person agency.
