Looking for a standalone membership platform that connects with Keap and also has partials. I can’t use anything wordpress based because wordpress has constant problems that even my Web guy doesn’t understand.

Could you please explain what you by “partials”? Are you in the Dentistry business, or is that something else?

WordPress as a platform is very stable, and is used in millions of websites. It can be let down by Plugins that either out of date or poorly coded. A misconfiguration can also caused unexpected issues.
What version of WordPress and PHP do you have installed?
Do you have many WordPress Plugins installed?
It is not unusual to see problems, I have seen a misbehaving WordPress website before. Sometimes a fresh installation of the software, and the removal of unused or out of date Plugins may help.
