Landing Pages Document Upload Option

Good day. Anyone have a good workaround for being able to upload documents via a landing page.
Example: If I have a registration from and need my end user to upload a document.

HTML code doesn’t allow it. Third party applications?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should be able to do this using custom coding. Here is a guide through a Third Party developer that goes over how to do that.
