I created a landing page with a form. I added a tag so anyone who fills out the form would then get that specific tag that would then put them into a follow up campaign. However, when I’ve tried filling out the form myself, my profile gets the tag, but then doesn’t enter the follow up campaign. Is there something I’m missing?
Quite often when you try testing something with yourself, you leave tags on the record which causes automation to fail. Try creating this with dummy account and see if it triggers properly.
