Is there research/information on the best time to send emails?

Trying to figure out the best time to send emails to my contacts. Is there a way for me to check that using previous emails I’ve sent, or general recommendations on best times?

I actually have a blog post from last year that came across my feed that speaks on this. It is a collective of some marketing email studies, and it give some really good insight into the best days/times to be sending emails. Give this a look, it is pretty informative.

I’d still love to know if there’s an easy method of pulling this data. Is there a report that will tell me which day of the week is performing best with email broadcasts sent to my audiences?
