I am looking to add a tag to any contact when their email bounces after being sent in a campaign, how do I do this, please?
Yes, what you’re requesting can be achieved in Keap Max Classic by navigating to ‘Marketing → Settings → Email Status Automation’.
From there, you can add a ‘When an email bounces’ trigger, and set it to apply a tag (or run other actions).
