As the title states: is there a way to create a campaign goal that triggers when a user field is updated?

Can’t do it natively, but NovakSolutions.com has a tool (Field is Completed Tool) that can help.

Hey James, We probably have something that can help you at NovakSolutions. The tool Jeff mentioned is specific to checking inside a campaign whether or not a field has anything saved in it but it won’t let you trigger automatically when a field is updated.
