When we create quotes and send them to customers and the customer pays for the event, no one at our company is getting notified of payment. I would like to forward these to my other staff members so they can then schedule the event. Right now, customers are paying for a quoted group and then show up to bowl and my staff never knew they were coming. We have to refund them and send them home.
quotes aren’t actually ‘paid for’. A quote that’s accepted will create an invoice which get’s paid for. So the most recent invoice would be what you’re looking to send to others.
So an invoice that’s paid for I would like to automatically send to someone in our company. The people on site here working so they can print out and put in the book.
