How do I cancel my subscription in the new version of infusionSoft? and Why there is no online chat(bots) for the new version, does anyone know?

Hi, @Gabriel_Guita. Is there an option in the My Account section to cancel? I don’t have access to a new version of Infusionsoft at the immediate moment to look. Also, there should be a chat option in the top right section, just click the life preserver icon.

Speak to someone about cancelling your account
