To question 1 - nope sorry, there are multiple upgrade routes and you will get more uptodate information from Keap directly than me
To question 2 - you want to go into reports (bottom option, left hand side)and select the Email engagement tracker.
In there do a search for the different opt out groups:
Then when you hit search that will show you people who are in the various op-out statuses.
At the top of the list you have actions so click to select all (if you decide to get rid of all) and then in actions you can delete (remember they are gone - no coming back, so do you need to export the contacts first?)
