How to get acces admin portal

I am the billing manager and I receive a bill of 800$/montly.
The administrator has lefet the company without giving us the code to the admin console.
How can I get acces to the main administration account

If your user account has admin privileges, you can access the billing section through “Admin - Billing & Account Info”.
That takes you into a ‘Netsuite’ area that has your billing info.
