How to change default email templates for contact emails

Howdy every one,

When I compose an email directly from the contact, it doesn’t attach the user email signature. Is there a way to automatically include it?

If I click Edit Email it includes the wrong email signature that doesn’t seem to be applied via a merge tag of any sort. Is there a way to customize this default template?


If you go into your Admin - Branding Center and click on the “single email template’ you should be able to change that owner signature from a static entry to ‘contact owner’
