How do I clean out unused tags?

Under CRM - Settings - Tags
You can do a search for the tags you don’t want.
Check the box next to those you want to get rid of, then at the top choose the drop down and choose ‘delete’

Basically, one by one. You can go down the list and manually check what you want to delete or you can list by category if that helps but it’s a manual task without any query params so just going down the list and checking off what you don’t want and then deleting the checked off ones is about it.
