How come the Notes description field does not have the expansion enlargement lines in the bottom right hand corner

I noticed this too, it’s pretty strange. Being able to expand the width and not the height of the text box is really nice.

I want to bump this so the developers might see. :slight_smile:

Hi Joe, I’m pretty new to IS so curious as to what you meant by “I want to bump this so the developers might see”? Is there an alternative place to place this and similar questions I have that professional 3rd party Keap advisors said was not also possible?

When you leave a comment on a post, it moves the post to the top of the ‘recent posts’ section. I thought it might make it more visible to those who could pass the suggestion on to developers. There is another way you can make formal suggestions but I can’t seem to find it right now.

In the past, I’ve been able to contact the live chat support with an issue and they have passed along a suggestion for me. If you’re new the Infusionsoft then you might not have used the live chat yet. It really is excellent and I would recommend making use of it.
