Having issues getting automated emails to send

The automation is live and I have published all edits. I have also verified the email domain.

The email is automated to send when someone completes one of our public forms.

I have one automation which tags them and adds them to a specific contact list after the form is completed which works fine.

However the email automation does not work after multiple tests.

Send screenshots of:

  • the whole campaign
  • the sequence with the email
  • the email action including to/from area
  • a screenshot of the email status of the contact you are trying to test
