Error message with templates

I’m getting the following error message when trying to open and modify a template.

ERROR: com.infusionsoft.authoring.AuthoringException: java.lang.NullPointerException

any ideas if this is a known problem or if there’s a fix?

Don’t know if it’s a known issue or not but that’s something that definitely Keap developers would have to take a look at.

Thank you John i’ve found something on the knownissues list and raised a case with the developers, hopefully they’ll advise.

I’ve had the same issue for several weeks. I filed a ticket with support. I followed up with support on 5/13 who assured me they are working on resolving the issue. This is an integral part of our bid submission process. We are severely handicapped at the moment.

Yes, the problem is still with us, I filed a ticket about a week ago, it did say it might take upto 3-weeks for support to resolve this, so i haven’t chased as yet. But it is frustrating.

It does not appear that they will hit their 3 week resolution target :confused: Still waiting…

Yes indeed, i resubitted a support ticket recently, but intend to try using the Chat option, but it’s currently offline.
