Emails that link to a PDF (hosted on Infusionsoft) keep giving user errors

I am using the file download selection in the link dropdown. I tried using a normal link first but the same problem exists. Here’s a screenshot of what users see when they click download. The PDF quickly loads, but then gets replaced by this screen. Any help would be great!

I wasn’t able to duplicate that behavior in my app, @Innisfil_Admin. You probably want to call or chat into Support to speak to someone.
