Connecting clickfunnels with keap error messgae

Hey I am trying to connect clickfunnels to keap but I’m getting an error stating:

There was a problem creating the integration: Failed to Successfully Connect Infusionsoft API V2 - Verify Access Details

what do i do?

Hi @Geraldine_Schmid - can’t say I’ve seen this error message but I would try:

Have Infusionsoft open, then on another tab of the same browser open ClickFunnels and and try it then, it should auto-connect as the tabs are in the same browser.

Hope that helps, but it sounds like a problem at the CF end.
