Cannot access my dashboard

I have been trying to access my infusionsoft account for some time now. After I typed the credentials and clicked login, the screen just shows a loading display and when I checked the site it mentions redirecting.

I cannot access the dashboard and it just continues loading. Can anyone help me with this?

@Suzette_Thomas OK, so there are a number of things you can try:

  1. Use an incognito/private window on your browser
  2. Use a different browser

If neither of those work then you need to contact support directly
