When I try to add LinkedIn and Facebook profiles by copying the address bar and pasting it into the customer’s file on Infusionsoft, the links never work when you click the icon next to the address. Am I doing it wrong?
Never knew it worked the way it does but you bring up a great point here.
So the protocol and url are not supposed to be in that field…evidently.
instead of using Redirecting... you would just put john.borelli.92 in that field. Then when you click on it, it should work. Apparently, IS places the url before whatever is in the field. Obviously use whatever identifier is appropriate for the contact as apposed to mine
