Can you add a pdf or word document to a contact file?

Every contact has a filebox that any file that is 10Mb or less can be uploaded to.

The Filebox that John mentioned is largely manual. You can add files to it via the API, or you can upload them yourself. But there isn’t an easy/native way for customer to upload their own files through a web form, etc.
