Have talked with Infusionsoft extensively and they have been great trying to come up with solutions. Have gotten a couple ideas of how to workaround this on my own and with their help, but nothing that seems simple and clear cut. Wondering if anyone else has this issue and found a good workaround?
The person completing the webform and the person who will be participating in the coaching is not the person completing the order form. Problem is IS is creating two contacts or placing information in the wrong contact file. Just how the program is set up, but not working great for how my customers make their purchases.
