# Why doesn't Infusionsoft work properly with Mozilla Firefox?

Hi,

Why does Infusionsoft not work properly when viewed on a Mozilla Firefox browser? The Campaigns load too long (just an ever-moving green circle on a dark background), the web forms can’t be viewed, and the legacy emails can’t be edited.

This has been going on for a while and seems to primarily effect campaigns. I noticed it over a month ago. Everything else seems to work in FFX. When I need to access campaigns I just use a different browser, like Chrome.
