# Uploading contacts

I have a Mac Pro and am unable to up load a CSV file. What else can I do? How can I upload a csv fife

Hi Donna, can you elaborate? What issue are you experiencing?

It MIGHT be an issue with your machine, but it’s more than likely an issue with the browser that you’re using, a conflict with a plugin, or an issue with the actual .csv file itself.

Anyway, if you can provide some more detail we can certainly try and help!

Or, if you want to record a screencast of the issue that’ll give us a good idea of what’s going on! I recommend [Loom](https://www.useloom.com/?ref=32915) as a free tool for screencast recordings.
