# Uploading contacts from CSV file

I have been able to upload a contact CSV file previously - but this no longer appears to work. Can you advise why this may be?  
I have preformatted the data into the column headings suggested and until now this has been an efficient way to get my contact database populated.  
Assistance much appreciated.
