# Upload CSV file

When I tried to upload CSV file and import my address list, the following message came out and cannot upload the CSV file. “Invalid utf8 character string:” I cannot understand this error message and find out how to upload CSV file, hopefully more than 100 lines at one time. Please advise how to upload CSV file without error message. Kenji Ito

Load the csv into excel and then re-save it as csv comma delimited. That usually clears that message up for me.

I have been experiencing the same problem and tried to export to excel the resave with comma delimited but no joy. Does anybody else have any solutions for this?
