Does anyone know how to track Landing Page form submissions or Appointment confirmations as Goals in Google Analytics?

I have added the UA number to the Landing Page, but I’m not sure what the Event info would be for this.

Partner support was not helpful tried that already.

This guide will show you how to properly setup Google Analytics for Keap:

> How to setup Google Analtics for Keap/Infusionsoft.

Once you have done that, GA4 will automatically show form events, and you can setup a Goal in GA4 to reference the form submission thank-you page as the Goal Trigger for “Form Submitted Successfully”.

No. THis does not do what the original commenter asked. Please stop just selling software and actually read and provide resolutions. Thank you.

Lane, did you happen to solve this? Keap does not pass any event data to Google Analytics or allow for GTM to be installed.
