Hi there. I had a question about developing broadcasts. Our marketing agency developed an html for us. They added special coding specifically for Outlook but they let us know Infusionsoft is stripping that code, changing the layout and overall appearance of the email. They said this is only happening in Outlook for PC users, and that all other email platforms look good, so if someone opened it in Outlook but on a Mac instead of a PC, it would look normal. Do you know anything about this? Is there something we/they can do to make it so IS isn’t stripping this particular code?
