How do I get a “reply” from an email survey created in Campaign Builder?

If you set up the answers in a Web Form, you can feed those results into an email that comes to you.

In a sequence directly after the form/landing page that you are using to capture the question have a task inside it, assigned to yourself and merge the answer custom fields into the task. You can then select yourself for notification at the bottom of the task generator

here is the ‘how to’ on web forms
[https://help.infusionsoft.com/help/create-a-web-form](https://help.infusionsoft.com/help/create-a-web-form)
You will need to create your custom fields (admin - settings) first (these are going to be your ‘answers’).
Then, go to the web form and enter those fields for people to complete.
Behind the web form, set up a sequence that sends you an email that has all those fields filled into it using the merge fields feature.
