There are occasions where clients need invoices and/or receipts to go to two different people during the billing process, rather than just the email address within the IS account. Is it possible to do this automatically, or am I just stuck with manually sending email out to a second person each month? ---

That would be a manual process, @Andrea_Rozman. I’m not sure why the buyer wouldn’t just assume they would forward the monthly invoice to the other person…but I don’t know the details of your situation. ---

Thanks, Martin. It would be more of a courtesy on our end, since a billing department may get the invoice, but a project team may also need a copy of the invoice for their own budgets. We work with the project team members, but often send bills to their accounting departments.
