REST v2 - Company - List Companies - Update Time coming back as 1970

@OmarAlmonte, found a bug with the Company - List Companies endpoint.

The “update_time” is coming back with a “1970-01-01T00:00:00.001Z” date even through there is a Date present and appears XML-RPC.
