# Removing Account Summary from Customer Record

Hello -

In the upper right corner of the [Customer Record] screen, there is a header called [Account Summary]. here there are two fields, [Amt Paid] and [Balance Due], and a button [Show Invoices]. We will not be integrating with our accounting system so they are unnecessary.

I contacted Technical Support and they told me that there was no way to move, hide, or remove the [Account Summary] section. Technical Support referred me to the community to find a developer who might have existing code that could help.

Please contact me if you know of a way to move, hide, or remove the [Account Summary] section of the Contact Record.

IS has not provided any mechanism for modifying the interface (UI) in any way so unless a browser plugin is created to use CSS to hide them, it can’t be done.

Hi Kimberley,

As John pointed out, a Browser Plugin is the only option.

I develop a plugin called XtendIn ([https://xtendin.com/](https://xtendin.com/)) which adds features into Infusionsoft Interface. Although it does not currently have an option to remove the Account Summary section, but one can be added if requested.

If you do not want to go down the XtendIn route, then you would need a different browser plugin which you would need to add some code in to remove the section.

Pav - Please let me know what you need from me to request an option to remove the Account Summary section, or if you can write the code. I would need help applying the plug in as well… this kEAP world is all very new to me.

Where do we go from here?
