# New Email Builder email images breaking in Outlook desktop app

I am trying out the new email builder at the moment and am having some issues with it displaying a bit garbled in the Outlook desktop app. When I click to download images none of the background images load and it adds a series of grey lines between various assets.

This issue is not occurring on Outlook live in a web browser, Gmail, or Apple mail.

Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this or a potential fix?
