# Managing Users

Is there a way I can limit access of certain data of users in my account? I have several people using my login and don’t want them to see all of the data -like my dashboard?

Each person would need their own login.  
In the ‘users’ area, there are permissions. You have lots of flexibility there.

As far as dashboards, if you create a dashboard in your account, and they have their own account, they can’t see your dashboards unless you share them with them.

So …yes, you can restrict lots of information from your users, but you would need to have them all set up with a login that is not yours.
