Looking for a customer communication dashboard

Our team responds to customers through our Gmail inboxes and it syncs into the contact history in Keap. I’m looking for software like “Help Scout” that will allow us to use a single location as a dashboard for all customer communications. Is there any other option that integrates strongly with Keap? Help Scout has an app but it’s the only one I see. Zendesk is too intricate for us, and if we would use Zoho or Hubspot, we might as well use their CRM instead of Keap entirely.
