# Jotform not updating existing contacts for Phone1 field

I’m having a problem with Jotform integration wherein if a contact already exists in the database, Jotform does not update their contact record with Phone1, if a phone number wasn’t already in the field.

However, if the contact is new, the phone number passes to the contact record just fine. Has anyone had any experienced this as well?
