Hello,

I’m new to the infusionsoft software and have recently set up a selection of contacts, the emails I send are tracked to each contact but any responses I receive are not automatically tracked.

my infusionsoft coach tells me that the incoming emails (replies from customers) should also appear, can someone help tell me how to organise this?
