# I can't get the chat button to work

To be specific, do you mean you click it and “nothing happens” or does something you don’t expect to happen occur when you click it? Generally, when IS UI is acting up, the very first thing to try is to clear your browser cache (it’s the answer for a lot of things). Also, browser plugins can interfere as well.
