We are sending weekly emails and would like to apply a tag when someone clicks a “Like” or “Dislike” button, so we can gauge who dislikes and likes our emails and use those statistics for improvement. Creating a campaign for every single email that is sent out per week would be a daunting task. Is there a simple way to just apply a tag on an email button click without doing an entire campaign for every single one?

I am guessing that you are sending emails with the broadcast feature.
If you are then you when you add a link to either text or an image you can add a tag to that that link:

Let me know if you are using a different method or have any questions!
