# Generate age from date of birth

Is there a way within infusionsoft to fill in an age in a field based on the contact’s Date of Birth?

No. You would need to user an external tool like [Calculate Time Between Events](https://www.plusthis.com/tools/4-calculate-time-between-events?ac=hk517r) by PlusThis or just create something custom using [Make](https://4spotmarketing.com/make).
