How do you exclude people from a mailing? I came here from other software and exclusions are standard, I can’t believe this is not available in infusionsoft, seems extraordinary. ---

When you say “a mailing” are you referring to a step in a campaign, or a manual mailing from a contact search, or something else that I am not thinking about? For campaigns you would need to use a decision diamond, for a bulk mailing, you can use the contact search to search for people who DO NOT have a tag. I think that will get you what you want. ---

Yes thanks that’s right I worked it out, does seem a bit of a clunky method though
