What’s the difference between Opened (Unique) and Opened (Total)? ---

If one person opens the email 5 times, you will have 1 unique and 5 total. Unique will only show you the email address for each, one time, regardless of how many times an email is opened by the same person. Total just shows you how many times all emails have been open for a total of times, regardless of weather or not it was opened multiple times by the same person.
