# Does Infusionsoft not deliver emails to Outlook?

Does Infusionsoft not deliver to Outlook? Is there a fix for this? Current email broadcast did not deliver to any MS accounts: hotmail, live, outlook.

This has been a ‘known issue’ for a while. Used to be on the known issues page ([https://knownissues.infusionsoft.com/](https://knownissues.infusionsoft.com/)), but not there now.  
They are constantly working on improving deliverability to these addresses.

Big thing is to have an ‘engaged’ contact there … engaged for Microsoft means within 15 days (per the folks at WeDeliver).
