# Delete an Order it deletes the contact

Hi, I hope to find some answer here…Differently from the beginning, now if I delete an order Infusionsoft deletes the related contact too! I connected an external ecommerce and sync with it orders, contacts and products. Does anybody experience the same? How can I fix it? Thanks in advance! (Is there any help number or chat to receive a rapid assistance?)
