How do we run a report for customers who do not have any tags? I am looking only for customers who have zero tags.

Thank you!

Do a contact search and say ‘who does not have any’ and select all of your tags.

The other way would be do to a full contact search and export. Be sure to include ‘tag Ids’. Sort by Tag ID after export. If there are no tags listed, those are the people you want.
