hello,

I have downloaded the ’ infusionsoft sync for gmail ’ app.  
While trying to login to it on Gmail, it throws an error which says"

## Please connect an Infusionsoft Account with your Infusionsoft ID. Please visit Account Central to connect accounts. Visit [signin.infusionsoft.com](http://signin.infusionsoft.com)…

Is infusionsoft id and infusionsoft account different .  
how do i resolve this issue

The log-in for the sync app is the same as your Infusionsoft ID password. If you are encountering some issues getting connected with the sync app, I would recommend reaching out to the live support team via chat or phone, as they have some steps to help assist with issues connecting your Gmail sync.
